Hello Sherry I am a 1949 graduate of PCP&S.Just a bit older than you. I wrote a short book (Please Help Me Stay Healthy)with a lot of good info that you might be able to use. If you wish I will mail you a free copy. My wife and I are in our 80’s and can see the 90 mark on the hill. We are not on any prescription drugs but take supplements. I have people calling and thanking me for the book and how it helped them.Just trying to help people that want to help themselves. Have a good Day David
